The gospel of John is about God with us. The eternal God arrived on planet Earth, but He looked just like us. Many people have trouble seeing Jesus as anything more than a man, but He is so much more. He is God. John gives us an up close and personal view of the God-Man, Jesus Christ in his gospel as he records the seven I AM statements of Jesus. These statements and the events surrounding them are meant to validate His sufficiency to save us because they are grounded in the fact that He is not just our Savior but the Almighty God. I hope you will join us as we take this journey through the gospel of John.
