We all want it. We desire that sweet period in life when we sense complete satisfaction. Truth is, we aren’t that satisfied most of the time. Situations change, relationships sour, health deteriorates, money dwindles, and work sucks. Throw in a few tragedies and disappointments and we are fully fledged residents of humanity. We are sinners living in a sin-soaked world. It’s no wonder we aren’t satisfied! Let’s call this the Eve Factor. Eve had everything in the Garden of Eden, but it wasn’t enough. The devil offered her more and she jumped at the opportunity. Eve never found more away from God and neither will we. Satisfaction can’t be found in the world. It can only be found in Jesus Christ.

He alone fills our voids, changes our attitudes, and deposits peace within our hearts. The only thing required is faith. That’s where satisfaction resides. That’s where hope abounds. That’s where we find everything we need.
